Travis sat in the Great Hall of Hogwarts School, he had just been sorted into Gryffindor House and he eagerly looked around with a huge grin on his face. e was happy to be in Gryffindor, it was the house his Mother and his Father had been in and as an only child he did not want to disappoint by being sorted into a different house. The great feast suddenly filled the table before his eyes and Travis gasped “cor blimey” he said to the girl beside him “I've never seen so much food in my life.” His grin widened and he raised his hands to grab a helping of food, the sleeves of his new robe slid down over them and tutting Travis rolled them up around his elbows.

His grin widened as he reach over the table and grabbed a chicken leg in each hand. he put them on his plate and then slopped a spoon full of mashed potatoes beside them. Travis was from a poor family and it was true that he had never seen so much food in his life, greedily he began to eat, washing each mouthful down with a swig of pumpkin juice. Quite unexpectedly he felt a pang of guilt as he though about his parents at home, he wished they were here enjoying the delicious foot with him. he sighed, his mouth full of mash “what you looking out” he spat, catching a boy across the table looking at him.
